We are geared towards Seniors 60+ and our goal is to help seniors live longer in their own homes or “age in place “ by looking after the outside yard work / indoor cleaning and any handyman jobs that need to be done such as grab bar installation, deck and fence repair, painting etc.
We are a one stop shop for the home maintenance issues that come up for seniors when trying to enjoy there golden years at home instead of in one because “there’s no place like home”
The yard work plan as well as the inside cleaning plan are done on a month-to-month subscription with no commitment, the handyman is on demand as needed.

James has spent most of his life in the Niagara Region growing up and raising a family of his own and built a successful career in sales for many years. Niagara is near and dear to James’ heart.
Over the past few years, James has been assisting various elderly family members who are struggling trying to manage the day to day or week to week maintenance issues around there homes.
So, after all we have been through together over the past year James decided that one of the most important things was helping Seniors in the Niagara Region by supporting them with services that allow them to stay in there own homes and age in place and help make their golden years truly golden.
That is why we have started the St Catharines based company called Serenity Home Maintenance for Seniors.
